Madelyn studied at Deakin University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction). Through her position as a Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Scholar, Madelyn was able to connect with, and learn from esteemed professionals across a range of industries, which together with studying abroad in London, has given Madelyn a unique perspective invaluable to her practice.

Madelyn’s practice specialises in commercial disputes, including equitable claims, trust disputes, contraventions of the Corporations Act, contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, lease disputes, insolvency matters, building and construction matters, and employment disputes. She has successfully assisted clients in complex matters issued in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria and Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
